1. Introduction

Netdiz Ltd. ("Netdiz," "we," "us," or "our") operates infodiz.com and related services, including the NIS2 Assessment at infodiz.com/assessment (collectively, the "Services").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Netdiz Ltd. regarding your access to and use of the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. NIS2 Assessment

3.1 Nature of the Assessment

The NIS2 Assessment is an automated self-assessment tool designed to help organisations evaluate their potential compliance with the EU NIS2 Directive. It is not a legal audit and does not constitute legal advice.

3.2 No Legal Advice

The results, reports, recommendations, and any materials generated by the NIS2 Assessment are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute:

• Legal advice or a legal opinion
• Professional cybersecurity certification
• Guarantee of NIS2 compliance
• Replacement for a qualified legal or compliance professional

We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified legal or cybersecurity professional for a comprehensive NIS2 compliance evaluation.

3.3 Assessment Data

Your assessment answers and results are stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your assessment data at any time by contacting us at privacy@infodiz.com.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without our written consent

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on infodiz.com are the property of Netdiz Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

The NIS2 Assessment reports generated for your organisation are licensed to you for internal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish these reports without our consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Netdiz Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Reliance on the NIS2 Assessment results for compliance decisions
• Any damages arising from your inability to use the Services

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results of the NIS2 Assessment will be accurate or complete
• Any errors in the Services will be corrected

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law provisions.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we will provide notice (e.g., email or banner). Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
